In 2018, the Saxon GIS Forum mainly focuses on topics about the digitalisation of processes and geo-information services in real-time.

It starts with a technical workshop about „real-time geo-information” on 30^th January. The GIS Forum itself will take place on 31^st January at the town hall (Goldene Pforte) of Dresden.

The GDI Sachsen e.V. is committed to the development of a spatial data infrastructure in Saxony which is oriented towards the needs of the public and private users. Beak is a founding member and is again represented at the GIS Forum with a company booth.
