vEGU21 Conference
Beak presents new mineral predictive mapping results for tin deposits in the Erzgebirge

From 19th to 30th April 2021, EGU (European Geosciences Union) is hosting its annual conference and General Assembly for the first time as a completely virtual online event – vEGU21: Gather Online (#vEGU21). The EGU General Assembly is a prominent annual event that brings together geoscientists from all over the world into one meeting covering all disciplines of the Earth, planetary and space sciences.

On 29th April 2021, Andreas Brosig from Beak will talk about "Hybrid mineral predictive mapping with self-organizing maps and a multilayer perceptron applied to tin deposits in the Erzgebirge, Germany" in the session ERE5.4 "Mineral exploration for the XXI Century”. His short vPICO presentation is scheduled for 16:11 CEST. The full presentation can be downloaded before and after the event through the vEGU21 portal.
